Ticket Refund: 7 Days
You can create a line-item based refund request within 7 days of the purchase date.
Hotel: 100% Prepayment
Full payment for hotel reservations is taken at checkout. The refund policy is managed separately.
Single Cart: Ticket + Hotel
Event tickets and hotel reservations can be completed in a single cart with a single payment.
Table: Separate Payment
Table reservations are made in a separate flow with a separate payment. They are not added to the cart.
